Role Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is perfect for a motivated designer eager to grow and contribute fresh ideas across a variety of digital and brand projects. Beyond design, knowledge of social media management and digital marketing will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations.

• Support the team in developing brand guidelines, pitch decks, and campaign materials.

• Adapt and resize visuals for different digital channels, ensuring consistency and quality.

• Assist with content planning and posting across social media platforms.

• Collaborate with strategists to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives.

• Stay up to date with design, digital marketing, and social media trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in social media management (content planning, posting, analytics).

• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (campaigns, audience engagement, basic performance metrics).

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a collaborative team.
